  • Quotation and Property Condition:
    • Our quotations are based on the property’s standard condition. Prices may vary upon inspection/day of cleaning depending on size and condition.

  • Booking and Payment:
    • To secure your cleaning appointment, we require a 25% deposit or full payment, depending on the type of cleaning. The balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 business days of the scheduled cleaning will incur a 30% charge, while those made within 1 business day will incur a 60% charge.

  • End of Lease Cleaning:
    • For end-of-lease cleaning services, we require notification of any issues requiring rectification within 3 days of the cleaning date. This allows us to promptly address any concerns identified by the client or agent.
    • Kindly provide us with your end-of-lease inspection time upon booking to facilitate scheduling our cleaning service accordingly.

  • Hourly Cleaning Rates and Minimum Times:
    • Our hourly cleaning rates are per cleaner per hour. Regular cleaning requires a minimum of 2 hours, while spring cleaning requires a minimum of 3 hours.

  • What’s Included in Cleaning Services:
    • Our cleaning services are tailored to your specific requirements and agreed hours. Any additional services not included in the original quote must be notified to us in advance.

  • Extra Services and Charges:
    • Additional charges may apply for extras such as balcony cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, etc. Please refer to the detailed terms for a comprehensive list.

  • Property Conditions and Additional Costs:
    • Properties in poor condition, furnished properties, or those with inaccurate information provided may incur additional charges. Please ensure accurate information is provided at the time of quoting.

  • External Cleaning and Flyscreens:
    • Clients are responsible for removing fly screens in bad condition. Additional charges may apply for their removal.

  • Grout Cleaning and Carpet Steam Cleaning:
    • Additional charges may apply for grout cleaning and carpet stain removal. Results are not guaranteed.

  • Late Payment Fees:
    • Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices at a weekly rate.
